Another Friday with a couple of my girls. As the sun proceeds to set, we sit in my car thinking of things to do aside from going to a bar and drinking all of our sorrows away (just kidding I can't even drink). And because their outfits just could not be put to waste, we decided to head to the bridge overlooking the 110 FWY towards DTLA in Elysian Park.
I mean really... look how hip these two look. Too hip to function, that's for sure. I played Kreaygarden's (Kreayshawn [Chiaki] & Andrew Vanwyngarden of MGMT [Steph]) photographer for the evening as you may or may not tell. After this little pit stop, we made our way over to the Arts District to get some Pie at Pie Hole, but these ladies were in the mood for some sausages (which was across the street), so we went there instead. I don't know how to pronounce the place...
Look at those lovely sausages. They were good, but I for some reason I can only enjoy the taste for so long that I don't actually have the appetite to finish the last bite. Nonetheless, IT WAS STILL GOOD. OH and they have Rattlesnake and rabbit on their menu which I was not down to try, therefore I just got the Mango Jalapeño.
Lastly, on our lovely tiny adventure. We headed over to Silverlake and got some gelato at Pazzo Gelato where we were the loudest sonuvaguns. Stephanie seemed to enjoy her Tiramisu and Thai Tea gelato where I just got a scoop of their vegan chocolate because you know, I'm basic.
Overall, we had a really fun evening.. as expected and without fail, there were some tears of laughter. Unfortunately, Ms. Sarah Jane was missing in action because family first, duh.
Sooooo... here's the only photo I'm in since I wasn't Lordes enough to have a photoshoot for The Lordes with Lorde Heroine (Chiaki). Instead, we became HAIM. Yeah, we're really lame but we love music and fantasize about being ever so cool like them.
