Starting fresh.

Of course, every year "starting fresh" is a common phrase that the human race amplifies in their daily routines during the first few days, maybe even the first few weeks of the new year. So here I am, a few days before the new year, starting fresh on my blog. It's quite apparent that I've deleted everything on here in order to start with a clean slate (another over popularized phrase during the new year). Everyone knows how difficult it is to follow through with resolutions, so I'm not promising anything. In fact, I haven't quite decided what resolutions I'm going to attempt to fulfill for 2014. I definitely have one in mind though, it's the cliched "eat healthier & get fit."
I've gotten a head start and so far, I'm quite satisfied with the results. It's not obvious or anything, but I can feel it (even with this cold I'm currently sporting as I type). I have this new affinity for "cooking" and Trader Joe's has become my best friend this past year. Spinach and kale has become quite abundant in my diet which I'm not complaining about. I absolutely LOVE asparagus and mushrooms, so life couldn't be more splendid.
Another resolution is to expand my diction. It's been quite an important task for me this year, but I want to put it into practice next year. It shouldn't be hard... I hope.
I guess I lied, I have come up with a couple resolutions for 2014...

I can not wait to share my stories and thoughts to myself on this blog. And if this blog comes across the path of any other readers then HELLO ! and welcome to my not so fascinating life.
